Holden Hardware Ltd: Terms & Conditions of Sale, January 2014

Placing Orders:
 If you are an existing Holden Hardware customer, you can place orders via our website: www.holdenhardware.co.uk using your unique passcode, chosen by us. On checkout, you may choose the options, ’30 days invoice’ or ‘Cash on delivery’ we do not accept Credit card payments.

Orders:
No Minimum charge invoice. Orders over £80.00 nett are dispatched carriage paid. Orders under £80.00 will be subject to a Standard carriage charge which you shall be informed of before goods are sent.
We do not keep back orders, so out of stock items have to be re-ordered.

Delivery:
We will make every effort to deliver your goods within 2-5 working days and advise you of this.

Goods:
Prices listed are strictly nett prices and subject to VAT. All prices are in pounds Sterling. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at date of dispatch. All sizes stated in our catalogue & website are approximate.

Goods can be ordered ‘Loose’ or Display Euro Packed for a 10p per item

Payments:
Accounts are strictly due for payment at the end of the month following the invoice.

Cheques may be sent to Holden Hardware Ltd, Parker House, 44 Stafford Road, SM6 9AA
Accounts which become overdue will have further orders suspended until the overdue amounts are paid and maybe subject to a 1% charge for each overdue month

Ownership of any goods supplied in contract with Holden Hardware Ltd shall remain with Holden Hardware Ltd until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to reclaim goods not paid for, in the event of any serious default in payment of the account

Returns:
Unwanted goods or incorrectly ordered goods will be accepted, if they are returned to us at your expense. Goods not in a resalable condition will not be credited.

We do not operate a ‘Sale or Return’ refund.

Claims for shortages of goods damaged in transit must be received within 3 working days of delivery. No liability will be accepted after that time.

We undertake to replace free of charge, within a reasonable period of date of sale, any article supplied, which is shown to be defective in workmanship or material.

No liability for consequential loss, damage or injury is accepted, nor can we accept liability for any additional costs or expenses incurred by any purchaser or user consequence upon such defect, breakage or other failure.
